Agreement Overview

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the Hardrennder website ("Website" or "Service") and any related products and services (collectively, "Services"). This Agreement is between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Hardrender ("we", "us", or "our").

Account Responsibilities

• •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• •Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account.

Your Uploaded Content

This covers files you upload to HardRender, such as the PSD files in My Mockups and the designs you place into a mockup.

• •You keep ownership. Anything you upload stays yours. We claim no rights over your files or the designs you make with them.
• •You grant us a limited permission to run the service. Only to store, process and render your files so the editor can work for you. We do not use them to train anything, and we do not publish, sell or share them.
• •Your uploads are private. Files in My Mockups are visible only to your account and are kept in private storage.
• •Upload only what you have the right to upload. Do not upload files that infringe someone else's rights or that are illegal. We may remove such content and suspend the account behind it.
• •If your subscription ends, your mockups stay. You keep access to the files already in My Mockups. Only the upload limit returns to the free allowance, so you may not be able to add new ones until you subscribe again.
• •You can delete them. Deleting a mockup removes it and its stored file. Ask us at support@hardrender.app if you want your account and everything in it removed.

Payment Terms

• •Fees are due as per the terms at the time of billing.
• •We reserve the right to change pricing and refuse orders.

Accuracy of Information

• •We can correct errors and update information on the Website without prior notice.

Acceptance of Terms

• •By using the Website and Services, you agree to this Agreement.

Modifications to Terms

• •We may modify this Agreement at any time.
• •Updated terms will be posted on this page.

Third-Party Links

• •We are not responsible for third-party content linked from our Website.
